Opus clients,

Cyber-crime costs are predicted to hit $6 trillion annually by 2021, with Warren Buffett
considering cyber-attacks to be a bigger threat to humanity than nuclear weapons.

Opus treats cyber risks very seriously and as such is making the following security changes:

12/08/2017 Opus will require all clients to use email two-factor authentication when logging in to iSymphony
12/31/2017 Opus will require all clients and investors to use email two-factor authentication when logging in to Investor Portal

Q1 2018 Additional two-factor authentication options will be introduced (secret pin or alternate email)

We strongly recommend that every client user immediately sets up Two-Factor
Authentication for their Opus Sharefile and iSymphony accounts, the next time
you log on. Please ask your Client Relationship Manager for further details.

Stay skeptical and vigilant.
